Sabina is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist.  She has 16 years of experience in Remedial Massage and Massage for and Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy and Sports Injury Recovery.

Sabina has strong hands to provide excellent body detoxification and deep relaxation to clients. Detoxification can aid with cellulite reduction, detox the major system and to ease the pain from lactic acids after a workout program.

Sabina is good at dealing with symptoms such as: Body swelling, Migraine headaches, Stiff Neck, Frozen Shoulders, Tennis Elbows, Arthritis, Limbs numbness, Lower Back pain, Sore hips, knees oedema & muscles weakness. She can give relief for people who suffer from injuries, pregnancy, medication side effects, pre and post surgeries.

During the massage session, Sabina will incorporate her palms and fingers to stimulate your Lymphatic System that helps to flush away the exceeds fluids out from the body faster. Due to an increase of urination is occurred, we required you to drink more water before and after the treatment to maximise the lighter feeling.
